Welcome to Blu Byu Power Washing. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:  

Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial power washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services. All services are detailed at the time of booking or on your quote.  

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide clear access to the property, water supply, and electrical outlets if needed. Please secure pets and remove fragile items near the service area.  

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, or major credit/debit cards.  

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee of $50.  

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll make it right with a free touch-up or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Property Damage

While we take every precaution, Blu Byu is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by fragile or poorly maintained surfaces. Customers must notify us of any areas of concern beforehand.  

Weather Delays

Services may be rescheduled due to heavy rain, lightning, or other hazardous conditions. We’ll notify you promptly and reschedule at the next available date.  

Use of Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of our work for quality control and marketing. We will never share identifying details of your property without your permission.  

Right to Refuse

Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if we determine the conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or not suitable for power washing.
